Qualifications

• 3 years in software engineering with 1 year in growth engineering
• Strong full-stack skills: React + TypeScript; Python or TS services
• Experience with product analytics instrumentation and event taxonomy design
• Familiar with RICE or similar prioritization frameworks

Responsibilities

• Acquisition and conversion surfaces: ship programmatic and SEO-driven page systems, integrate paid ads with attribution stack, build high-velocity landing pages and funnels, own end-to-end acquisition and onboarding.
• Product-led growth: build in-product growth loops, design onboarding for fast value, launch experiments autonomously, turn patient signals into prompts with clinical review in the loop
