Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Software Engineer for our client in New York, NY, a healthcare startup building AI-driven, end-to-end patient workflows. You will contribute to production full-stack features powering healthcare communication and integration with EHRs.

You will work with product, design, and senior engineers to ship software, improve reliability, and scale live systems, with a focus on UX/UI and robust engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, shipping production software.
• Strong UX/UI sense and product-minded.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
• CS degree or equivalent technical background.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production full-stack features powering AI-driven healthcare communication.
• Integrate with EHRs, legacy healthcare systems, and real-time voice infrastructure.
• Work closely with product, design, and senior engineers to turn customer needs into shipped software.
• Debug and improve reliability, performance, and scalability across live systems.
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and evolving engineering practices.
