ClickHouse is seeking an experienced engineer to join the Support Operations Engineering team in a role that blends customer-focused systems with scalable engineering. You will design and build the tooling that connects customers with the teams serving them, while contributing to AI-powered experiences and robust integrations across platforms.

With 3–5 years of production-grade full-stack work, you will leverage TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React to own end-to-end solutions in a globally

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and shipping full-stack software in production.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience close to support or building tools for support/RevOps teams.
• Comfort with Git and deployment workflows.
• Ability to translate operational needs into engineer-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the systems that sit between ClickHouse’s customers and the teams who serve them.
• Develop intelligent routing and decision systems that scale.
• Create AI-powered customer experiences and internal tooling.
• Build integrations across Salesforce, live chat, incident management, Slack, GitHub, and more.
• Collaborate with core Engineering to ship to production and own code quality.
