Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Support Operations Engineer to design and build the systems that connect customers with the teams who serve them. The work spans routing decisions, AI‑enabled experiences, and internal platforms, with a focus on production‑grade tooling and scalable data flows.

You will partner with core Engineering, RevOps, GTM, and Support to ship features, own code reviews, testing, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and shipping full‑stack software in production.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience developing with APIs and integrations between distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience near support or with tools for support/RevOps teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems that route work and decide who handles it as ClickHouse scales.
• Create AI-powered customer experiences and internal tooling for faster, accurate responses.
• Develop integrations with Salesforce, live chat, incident management, and more.
• Own development lifecycle: code review, testing, monitoring, and improvement.
• Collaborate with Eng, RevOps, GTM and Support teams across a distributed organization.
