Job summary

Millennial Software Solutions Inc. seeks a Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications and microservices for Object-Based Intelligence and knowledge graph capabilities.

The ideal candidate will work with ontology engineers, data scientists, and Government stakeholders to build secure, scalable solutions, with API-driven architectures and cloud-native practices. This role emphasizes collaboration, performance, and AI/ML support.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain CI Polygraph as required.
• Willingness to work on-site 3 days/week with 2 days remote; depending on business needs.
• 15+ years with a Bachelor’s or 12+ years with a Graduate degree in software development/engineering.
• Experience building enterprise software using Java, Python, or C#.
• Proven track record delivering RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed apps.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines; Git familiarity.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and microservices.
• Develop APIs and backend services integrating ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic databases.
• Implement Semantic Web technologies (RDF/OWL/SPARQL) in solutions.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software.
• Develop secure, containerized applications following cloud-native practices.
• Integrate multiple data sources via RESTful APIs and enterprise frameworks.
• Develop automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability for mission operations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical design reviews.
• Maintain design docs, API specs, and technical guides.
• Support AI/ML initiatives through semantic data access and knowledge graphs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Government personnel.
