Job summary

Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Enterprise Delivery team. You will bridge software engineering and Generative AI, leading end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment to transform how global organizations interact with data.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead projects on intelligent search interfaces and AI systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership and mentoring.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), Golang, or Java for backend; strong JS frameworks (React/TypeScript).
• Data modeling, SQL, and scalable architecture experience.
• CI/CD and DevSecOps practices; Git, GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Generative AI tools to accelerate SDLC and ADRs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development on client projects, set technical direction, and ensure delivery quality.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend microservices (Python) and frontend interfaces (React/Vue) for AI-driven apps.
• Own system design end-to-end and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and grow team capabilities.
• Ensure production readiness with security, RBAC/ABAC, and scalable architectures.
• Lead AI orchestration and RAG workflow design, including embeddings and retrieval integration.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python, and scripting.
• Drive CI/CD and DevOps processes across deployments.
• Collaborate with semantic layers and knowledge graphs integration.
• Architect middleware and content tagging for seamless search experiences.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and translate complex concepts.
