Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support Federal mission systems, focusing on secure, scalable apps across .NET and Java stacks.

You will participate in design, development, deployment and support, working with leads, architects and stakeholders to meet performance and security standards. The role requires hands-on coding, API and microservice design, frontend work with Angular or React, and cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years hands-on development with .NET (C#) or Java (Spring Boot).
• Strong front-end skills with Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and OO design.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Cloud familiarity (Azure or AWS) and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps and services using modern practices and AI.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise integration.
• Build responsive front-end apps with Angular or React.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts on technical designs.
• Support modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
• Perform code reviews, unit tests, and debugging for quality code.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity and QA standards.
