Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale production systems across the stack (frontend and backend).
• Lead architecture for microservices and event-driven systems.
• Ship high-quality, secure features from spec to production, including API design, data modeling, CI/CD, and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with AI and Product teams to integrate prompts, automations, and guardrails.
• Improve developer experience with tests, pipelines, docs, and runbooks.
• Partner with Customer Success during go-lives for smooth deployments.
