Job summary

Podium in Lehi, UT seeks a Full Stack Engineer who loves building AI-enabled products and owning features from concept to production. You’ll code with a bias for action, using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to move fast in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

Work across product, design and ops to shape architecture and ensure reliability at scale. Our stack includes Elixir/Phoenix, React, Python and PostgreSQL, and you’ll thrive when shipping impactful solutions for local businesses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.
• Strong user mindset and problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Bias for action with curiosity for new tech; strong communication.
• Thrives in a changing environment and tackles ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design to production.
• Influence architecture and collaborate with product, design and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to reliability and scalability as Podium grows.
