Job summary

ActiveProspect, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own customer and business outcomes across projects, shipping fast from frontend to backend on AWS. You’ll interact with customers, balance judgment with rapid delivery, and push for high-impact results.

You will build with React on the frontend, Node.js and Python services on AWS, and contribute to AI-assisted workflows, data pipelines, and security. Mentorship and fast decision-making are valued.

Qualifications

• Shipping end-to-end with ownership of the outcome.
• Strong product judgment and collaboration with Product teams.
• Comfort embedding in unfamiliar teams and codebases.
• Deep full-stack experience with frontend React and backend Node.js / Python on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end-to-end, frame the problem, design it, ship it, and own the metric.
• Stay close to customers, shadow sales and support, and guide technical decisions.
• Own interfaces, reliability, performance, and security, including on-call.
• Build and scale both product surface and platform with React frontend and Node.js / Python backend.
• Architect AI-driven workflows and look for product wins AI enables.
• Mentor teams, write decision memos, and help Design to self-serve.
