Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge in JS, Python, Java or equivalent languages.
• Experience building scalable production-level applications.
• Strong ability to communicate concepts and break down solutions.
• Comfort with balancing speed and correctness in delivery.
• Curiosity about new technologies and FinTech trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and create with JavaScript across the platform; backend in Node and frontend in React.
• Scale the core API to handle millions of requests daily.
• Investigate issues with monitoring and logging tools; define action items.
• Contribute to code reviews and interview new team members.
• Collaborate to define the product roadmap by understanding customer needs.
