Job summary

Savo, Inc. is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build our AI-powered platform. You’ll work hands-on across React/TypeScript front end, FastAPI and PostgreSQL back end, and a real-time voice pipeline on AWS.

You’ll ship features, fix bugs, and grow through mentorship from senior engineers while contributing to AI systems and evaluations. This build-and-learn role is based in Austin, TX, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with both frontend and backend development.
• Familiarity with relational databases and Git.

Responsibilities

• Build across the stack: front-end and back-end features.
• Develop APIs and perform database schema work with guidance.
• Write tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain code health.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI tooling teams as needed.
