Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Developer to lead the build of an internal AI-powered operating platform. You’ll work across data engineering, API integrations, AI/LLM apps, dashboards, automation, and modern web development, taking architecture from concept to production.

The role requires ownership of technical decisions, strong English communication, and the ability to work remotely with at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with production systems.
• 2+ years building data pipelines, data warehouses, and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong SQL experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with dbt or equivalent data modeling tools, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Strong experience building REST APIs and webhook integrations.
• Hands-on AI/LLM applications including agents, tool use, and retrieval.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React frontend experience.
• Node.js or Python backend services.
• Experience with serverless/edge technologies; Cloudflare Workers a plus.
• CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Security: authentication, permissions, secrets, audit logging.
• Ability to work independently and own architecture and decisions.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse and data pipelines.
• Develop a shared metrics layer across dashboards.
• Create data connections from multiple systems into a unified platform.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and webhook integrations with business platforms.
• Develop AI/LLM powered assistants and retrieval/text-to-SQL capabilities.
• Create dashboards and modern web apps using TS/JS and React.
• Implement secure auth, secrets management, and audit logging.
• Drive CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for production reliability.
