Job summary

MAVI is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our AI-driven talent marketplace. You will own end-to-end development—back-end in Python/Go and PostgreSQL, front-end in React/TypeScript—and integrate AI models to automate sourcing, vetting, and matching.

Collaborate with founders and product teams to ship scalable software with minimal bureaucracy. You’ll work in a remote-first environment, building with a product-driven mindset and striving for high availability and reliability while connecting

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, Python, and/or TypeScript (Python is essential).
• Familiarity with AWS and scalable-product development.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end—from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of the AI-driven talent marketplace, automating sourcing, vetting, and matching.
• Own backend (Python, Go, PostgreSQL) and frontend (React, TypeScript) development.
• Integrate AI models to enhance hiring automation.
• Architect and design scalable, highly available systems.
• Build and integrate APIs connecting with HR tech stacks and financial systems.
