Job summary

Docflow builds AI agents that run the back office for healthcare providers. We're hiring an early engineer to work with our CTO on the core product: the engine that ingests documents, orchestrates long-running workflows, drives browser automation across dozens of external portals, and presents it all in a fast, modern web app.

This is a true full-stack role. You'll move fluidly from the database to the backend and workflow engine to the UI, delivering features with precise TypeScript and strong

Qualifications

• Strong experience shipping production web apps end to end.
• Deep TypeScript proficiency with precise types.
• Correctness in asynchronous and concurrent systems.

Responsibilities

• Ship features across the full stack from database to UI.
• Build and maintain long-running, asynchronous workflows.
• Work on browser automation interfacing with external systems.
• Create deployment and versioning rails for safe changes.
• Design precise domain models and APIs.
• Care for production systems handling sensitive data.
• Collaborate with CTO to set engineering standards.
