Job summary

Docflow Labs Inc is building the platform that writes, runs, and maintains browser automations for healthcare back-office workflows. The system supports document extraction, eligibility checks, outbound calling, and future features.

Our role focuses on infrastructure engineering: distributed systems, durable execution, deployment/versioning, observability, reliability, and security. You’ll work with a demanding user base of agents and supervisors to keep systems safe and fast.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience building and operating production systems.
• Deep distributed systems instincts: retries, idempotency, backpressure, partial failure.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment, including CI/CD, containers, and safe rollouts.
• Proficiency in a statically typed language; TypeScript preferred, with Go/Rust ability.
• Experience building AI coding agents in production and guardrails for them.

Responsibilities

• Build the engineering system for the runtime agents, pipelines, observability, and guardrails.
• Evolve the loop from issue report to verified fix with root cause analysis and deployment.
• Own deployment and versioning to ship changes quickly and safely.
• Create highly readable, maintainable code with clear interfaces for agent supervision.
• Work with CTO to set engineering standards and drive production readiness.
