INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Crystal City, VA for hybrid work with periodic onsite presence (1-2 days per month). You will build scalable software for federal clients, using React, Java/Spring, and AWS, with opportunities to work on Python, SQL, and DevOps tooling.

The ideal candidate embraces ongoing learning, collaboration, and solving complex challenges in a secure environment, with clear paths for advancement and mentorship programs.

Formación

• US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer science related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Periodic onsite presence in Crystal City, VA (1-2 days per month).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant full stack development experience; multiple experience levels considered.

INTEGRITYOne Partners - Full Stack Developer

Location: Crystal City, VA

Hybrid, periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days/month)

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be at the forefront of delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. You'll work with dedicated team members and clients to solve complex technical problems and develop systems that keep our country safe and secure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning; willing to learn emerging technologies
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; adapts to evolving requirements and complex challenges
• Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required Technical Skills

• Front-end UI Development with React, JavaScript, CSS
• Java/Spring/Spring Boot for middle tier development
• AWS Cloud for back-end infrastructure

Desired Technical Skills

• Python, SQL, Git and GitHub
• Relational databases (JPA/JDBC persistence)
• IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
• Spring Boot microservices (GraphQL/REST)
• Containerization (Docker)
• Container Orchestration (AWS ECS/EKS, Kubernetes or OpenShift)

Requirements

• US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• Periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days per month) in Crystal City, VA
• Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience; however we are actively hiring across multiple experience levels, including more senior candidates.
• Leveling and compensation will be determined based on years of experience, technical expertise, and overall qualifications
• Proven track record in designing and developing scalable applications
• Experience working in government or high-security environments is a plus
