INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a Full Stack Developer to deliver software solutions for federal clients, with hybrid work and periodic onsite in Crystal City, VA. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies (React, Java/Spring, AWS) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement and test scalable systems, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

US citizenship and the ability to obtain DHS 6C Public Trust clearance are required; 3+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience.
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain DHS 6C Public Trust clearance.
• Periodic onsite presence in Crystal City, VA (1–2 days per month).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Full Stack experience; multiple experience levels considered.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results over multi-week sprints.
• Gather requirements, design, implement, and test software and systems.
• Develop scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and components.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other development teams.
• Respond to client requirements within tight timeframes.
