INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to lead automated, secure CI/CD pipelines for government-focused solutions in Crystal City, VA. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 1–2 days per month and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance.

The ideal candidate will build secure pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while supporting client-driven timelines.

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship with ability to obtain DHS 6C Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; CS background recommended.
• On-site work in Crystal City, VA 1-2 days per month.
• 3+ years of relevant DevSecOps experience; multiple levels considered.

INTEGRITYOne Partners - DevSecOps Engineer

Location: Crystal City, VA

Hybrid, periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days/month)

The Role

You'll be at the forefront of delivering DevSecOps for solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. You'll work with dedicated team members in building automated, flexible, and secure CI/CD pipelines for systems that help our clients keep our country safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and perform builds and deliver releases over 2-4 week sprints
• Develop automated, flexible, high-performance, and secure CI/CD pipelines for products developed with a range of languages and technologies
• Diagnose and resolve complex DevSecOps issues
• Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Respond to client requirements in tight timeframes

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• Ability to work on-site in Crystal City, Virginia, 1-2 days per month
• Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience; however we are actively hiring across multiple experience levels, including more senior candidate
• Leveling and compensation will be determined based on years of experience, technical expertise, and overall qualifications
• Proven track record in designing and developing automated, secure CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in government or high-security environments is a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000–$145,000, based on experience and qualifications.
