MORSE Corp is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer Co-op to build software testing, evaluation, and deployment pipelines for ML applications supporting mission planning and execution. You will work across backend Python and frontend ReactJS, with DevSecOps tasks and cloud deployments, in an iterative, agile environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, code reviews, and integrating open-source tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/BA in CS or engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of full stack software architectures and emerging tech.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, ReactJS.
• Solid Git/version control experience.
• Docker and Spark familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing custom software and full stack apps for DoD customers.
• Backend development for web platforms using Python.
• Frontend development using ReactJS.
• Leverage AWS or Azure tools to improve deployments.
• Develop software for analysis of complex/big data problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship features.
• Participate in code reviews and welcome feedback.
• Work with open-source tools and algorithms to solve problems.
• Interact with customers and present work when needed.
