Job summary

MORSE Corp is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer Graduate Co-op to contribute to the development of full stack applications and ML deployment tooling in a fast-paced environment. You will work across front-end and back-end layers, collaborating with DoD customers and internal teams to deliver scalable software solutions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a BS/BA in CS or a related field, comfortable with Git, Docker, Spark, and cloud-based deployments, and ready to work in an iterative, agile

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Working towards a BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject.
• Working knowledge of full stack software application development architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of version control systems (we use Git).
• Experience with tools including Docker and Spark is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of custom software packages and full stack applications/tools for a variety of DoD customers.
• Perform front end development using ReactJS or other frameworks as needed.
• Leverage AWS or Azure tools to improve deployments and DevSecOps tasks.
• Develop software solutions for analysis of complex/big data problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
