Motion Recruitment is seeking a backend-focused engineer to build systems that enable AI agents and customer-facing teams to diagnose problems, streamline workflows, and resolve issues efficiently.

You will own projects from design through production in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, contributing to product performance and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience with distributed systems and deploying software to production.
• Experience building AI-enabled solutions in a modern tech stack.
• Previous work in high-growth startups or tech companies is preferred.
