This role focuses on solving complex business problems, shaping AI initiatives from ideation to deployment, and collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Full stack development background.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java.
Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based systems.
Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, RAG frameworks, or similar tools.
Strong software architecture and system design skills.
Client-facing or consulting experience.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication skills.

A growing AI-focused consulting organization is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join its hybrid team in Chicago or Denver. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to build cutting-edge AI applications using modern technologies including LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, Python, React, and cloud-native tooling.
