Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Python or Go.
• Experience building modern applications with TypeScript and React.
• A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and backend architecture.
• Experience shipping production software and owning features from concept through deployment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Location: New York City

Compensation: $120,000–$200,000 base + equity

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup that's building technology to transform how large enterprises make decisions and operate.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days maintaining legacy systems or working on a tiny piece of a massive codebase.

You'll join a small, highly technical engineering team where you'll have the opportunity to build new products, influence architecture, and see your work make it into production quickly.

We're looking for engineers who love building, move comfortably between the frontend and backend, and get excited about solving problems that don't have obvious answers.

What You'll Be Building
