Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a high-growth AI and computer vision company in Sunnyvale, CA. You will build scalable backend services, APIs, and real-time AI features, using Go, Python, C++, TypeScript, and React.

You will collaborate with engineering, AI, infrastructure, and product teams, owning projects from design through production in a fast-moving startup environment with ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Go, Python, or C++.
• Strong TypeScript/React experience.
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or real-time systems.
• Experience with Kubernetes and/or AWS.
• Strong systems, performance, and reliability fundamentals.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
• Track record of building and shipping products from the ground up.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across backend systems, distributed systems, real-time processing, and AI-powered product features. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, AI, infrastructure, and product teams to build scalable, high-performance systems and contribute to new products as the company continues to grow.
