Job summary

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson – Mankato, Minnesota is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead a full-service property, regional conference center, and Legends Bar & Grill. The GM will manage all revenue streams—rooms, group business, events, catering, and F&B—and drive growth in southern Minnesota and the Upper Midwest.

The role requires hands-on leadership across departments, a focus on guest satisfaction, and a track record of growing hotel revenue while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a full-service hotel with multiple revenue streams.
• Proven background in managing banquets, conferences, and on-site restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership across front office, engineering, F&B, and sales communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations, revenue streams, and profitability across rooms, meetings, banquets, and Legends Bar & Grill.
• Lead Sales and revenue strategy, pricing, and demand forecasting with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, university partners, and community organizations.
