Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Process deposits, currency, coin, and cash checks.
• Open checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
