Job summary

Dutch Farms is seeking a Full Service Account Manager to perform in-store duties, manage product displays, and take daily shelf inventories in partnership with the Sales Manager.

You will rotate stock, submit orders for deliveries based on back stock, and track promotions to optimize display space while ensuring items do not go out of date. After training, commission eligibility begins.

Qualifications

• Customer service, oral communication with customers.

• After training, understand each store's backstocking and product displays.
• Able to push, pull, lift and rotate; physical demands up to 75 lbs.
• Must communicate in English.
• Team-oriented with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store back stock and fill shelves as needed.
• Rotate stock so newest product is last purchased.
• Write orders for next delivery based on back stock.
• Track promotions and adjust orders to display space.
• Inform store management of items approaching date or shrink.

• Is responsible for items going out of date (shrink) and is required to inform the dairy grocery or store manager when he/she sees a problem with dated items.

Requirements

Qualification/Profile:

• Customer service orientated - Demonstrates ability to communicate orally clearly and positively with customers
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrates ability to generate and maintain accurate and concise written records.
• After training will be able to understand each assigned store's unique method of backstocking and product displays.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate. PDL (Physical Demand Limit) generally is at 30–40 lbs with occasional PDL at 75 lbs.
• Communicates (speaks, understands, reads, and writes reports using acceptable format and sentence and paragraph structure) in English.
• Works well in a team environment including the ability to work with a diverse group of people from all aspects of the Dutch Farms business.
• Works with a minimal amount of supervision and is a productive worker.
