Job summary

Dutch Farms Full Service Account Manager position involves visiting grocery stores as directed by the Sales Manager, stocking and rotating product displays, and preparing orders to maintain shelf availability.

You'll maintain store inventories, track back stock, and align orders with upcoming promotions while preventing shrink and dated items. Strong customer service, detail orientation, English proficiency, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation with clear, positive communication.
• Excellent attention to detail in records and displays.
• Ability to maintain accurate and concise written reports.
• Ability to learn each store's backstocking and display methods.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift and rotate; PDL up to 30-40 lbs, occasional 75 lbs.
• English language proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in selected grocery stores as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Orders, stocks, and rotates company product displays.
• Daily reports to take current shelf inventory in the store.
• Maintains inventory of back stock and fills shelves accordingly.
• Rotates stock so newest product is last purchased.
• Writes orders for next delivery based on back stock levels.
• Tracks promotions and display space; orders accordingly.
• Alerts manager to any dated items or shrink concerns.
