Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a full‑time General OB/GYN to join a well‑established, physician‑led practice in Fulton, Maryland. The position includes a mix of clinic work, obstetric and gynecologic care, and collaborative patient‑centered practice.

Compensation includes a base salary of $300K plus $30K SOB, $30K productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after one year, with total compensation potential up to $400K per year; relocation assistance available and a strong partner-track

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• New graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
