United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Social to execute full-funnel paid social campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This hands-on role focuses on campaign execution, analysis, and client communication within a growing, integrated paid media team.

The role demands analytical, strategic, proactive, and conversion-focused thinking with a willingness to leverage AI-enabled tools like Smartly or Sprinklr to drive results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid media advertising experience.
• Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience developing, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, Google Slides, Asana, or similar tools.
• Continually seeks innovative ideas with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Fully manage paid social campaign setup, activations, and daily optimizations across major platforms.
• Formulate paid social strategies including full-funnel test recommendations.
• Own day-to-day client communications with performance updates and next steps.
• Analyze and report on social KPIs using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic teams.
• Stay updated on trends in social media and AI tools; present findings.
• Assist audits and RFPs to win new business.
• Escalate opportunities or issues to leadership for guidance.
