Are you an experienced and high billing agency recruiting and sales professional? This is solely a commissions-based role with exceptional earnings potential (70%-80% of client billings, i.e., bill 500k, you take home 400k)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities; develop and nurture long-term client relationships; conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct market research; develop and implement strategic plans; identify markets for expansion and create penetration strategies.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales from initial contact to closing; prepare and deliver sales presentations; collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work with recruitment teams; mentor junior team members to foster growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of staffing processes, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
