We are seeking a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys both business development and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, relationship management, and client engagement within the biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies to understand their hiring needs.
  • Proactively identify and acquire job orders from new and existing clients.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, networking, and direct outreach, to identify top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing to job placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and assist candidates through onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, hiring challenges, and competitive market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-desk recruiting experience, preferably within biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
  • Proven ability to develop business, secure job orders, and successfully place candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including key roles and hiring trends.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple searches efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
