Job Title: Healthcare-Focused Full Desk Recruiter

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Summary

Lincoln Group is seeking a motivated, resourceful, and results-driven Healthcare-Focused Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and qualifying top-tier talent to building strong client relationships and closing placements.

The ideal candidate will bring specialized experience in healthcare recruiting, supporting a broad range of roles from per diem and travel to contract and direct hire. While healthcare will be your primary focus, flexibility to support recruitment efforts across other industries, such as executive search, finance & accounting, and industrial staffing, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Build and manage strong client relationships with a focus on healthcare staffing needs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in need of per diem, travel, contract, and direct hire healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize open roles and hiring strategies
  • Present qualified candidates and manage the interview, feedback, and offer process
  • Deliver excellent client service and address post-placement support needs

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Craft compelling job postings tailored to healthcare roles and beyond
  • Source top candidates through job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and resume databases
  • Screen candidates via phone/video to assess qualifications, availability, and cultural fit
  • Maintain organized and compliant candidate records in TempWorks

Revenue Generation

  • Fill high-volume and hard-to-fill healthcare roles efficiently
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets ($10K+ GP in contract, $12K+ in direct hire)
  • Expand business opportunities by upselling and cross-selling staffing services
  • Monitor and report personal performance metrics

Process Management

  • Maintain accuracy and compliance within CRM/ATS (TempWorks)
  • Oversee credentialing, compliance, background checks, and onboarding processes
  • Provide market insights and recruitment process feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Engage in regular team strategy meetings and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or full-desk environment
  • Strong background in healthcare recruiting, including per diem, travel, and direct hire staffing
  • Experience recruiting in other verticals (executive search, finance & accounting, industrial) is a plus
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (TempWorks preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Performance Expectations

  • Conduct 20+ candidate interviews/profiles weekly
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and client satisfaction
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and performance-driven team culture
  • Base salary starting at $50,000–$60,000
  • Uncapped commission on contract and direct hire placements
  • Paid time off and holidays
