Abacus Group in New York, NY is seeking a driven recruiter to join our Accounting & Finance Permanent Recruitment Team in Manhattan. You will build relationships with professionals and clients, manage full-cycle recruitment from Staff Accountant to CFO, and deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of permanent accounting recruitment experience, with strong written and verbal communication and a knack for creative outreach.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with professionals and clients.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment and oversee job requisitions for positions from Staff Accountant to CFO.
• Gain a strong technical understanding of each position while following client's parameters.
• Research, identify, and manage client accounts through outreach and networking.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Negotiate offers and close deals that create lasting partnerships.
• Stay ahead of market trends and evolving client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of recruiting experience running a full desk in permanent accounting recruitment required
• Highly organized and self-motivated; professional and mature

• Must be a strong written and verbal communicator
• Creative and can think \"outside of the box\"
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms required
