Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Marietta, GA is seeking an Experienced Full Desk Recruiter for an in-office role. You will call on clients, fill job orders, and recruit top candidates while building lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in recruiting or inside sales, strong communication and CRM experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission.

Job description

Hiring: Experienced Full Desk Recruiter(s) in Marietta (NOT REMOTE)

**MUST have at least two years of Recruiting and/or Strong Inside Sales Experience

Salary: $40-$45K - with Very competitive Commission, Bonus & Profit-Sharing Plan

Hours: M-F, 8-5

Location: Marietta (in office position- NOT REMOTE)

*Must have excellent relationship building skills

*Must be creative, organized & have attention to detail

*Must have good typing skills and be well spoken in person but also in emails

Looking for someone with at least 3 years' inside sales experience preferably in the staffing industry. Only looking for candidates that have recruited and built relationships with clients, not just searched resumes.

• Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up
• Must be organized and have used a CRM system
