Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Marietta, GA is seeking a Full Desk/Inside Sales Recruiter with at least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in staffing. Hours: Mon-Fri, 8-5. Pay: Base Salary $40-$50k with a very competitive commission plan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years inside sales or staffing experience.
• Self-motivated and accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments.
• Well-spoken with professional presentation skills and exceptional customer service.
• Very proficient in Typing, Word and Excel.
• Consultative sales skills with history of follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidates.
• Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments.
• Filling open job orders with the RIGHT candidates.
• Bringing in and recruiting talent for open job orders.
• Preparing resumes for associates.
• Marketing candidates to prospective companies and current clients.
