Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years may substitute.
• 5+ years recruiting technical/professional talent.
• 5+ years sourcing via networks, ATS, portals, social media, and events.
• Experience recruiting for Federal Government (civil/DoD).
• Experience in staffing agencies or high-volume, quick-turn programs.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.
• Exposure to OFCCP, EEO, or E-Verify.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle sourcing/recruiting for multiple programs and customers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions, screening questions, and interview scorecards.
• Continuously source and build a candidate pipeline for in-demand skills.
• Source and review candidate profiles using networks, ATS, portals, social media, and events.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and provide reports to leadership.
• Guide candidates through interview and hiring process and negotiate offers.
• Build strategic pipelines for unfunded and prospective openings.
• Provide guidance on strategic hiring, market intelligence, and compliance.
