Job summary

Loop is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to independently lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles. You will partner with hiring managers and the People team to raise the bar for talent and create an exceptional candidate experience.

This in-person role is based in Chicago, NYC, or San Francisco, with 4+ days in the office each week. You will shape processes, implement scalable recruiting practices, and contribute to Loop's growth and hiring strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong sourcing ability to identify and engage talent beyond inbound applications.
• Proficient with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and talent databases; quick to learn new systems.
• Able to bring structure to ambiguity and help build recruiting processes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles from intake to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to design interview loops and assessment criteria.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, and practices forLoop's growth.
• Develop sourcing strategies to expand talent pipelines across multiple channels.
• Establish and track recruiting metrics to provide funnel visibility and trends.
• Elevate candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication and high execution standards.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on talent initiatives and programs.
