Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting/sourcing experience at a high-growth technology company or startup.
• Genuine care for the candidate experience and storytelling competências.
• Creative use of AI to work smarter and improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills; ability to influence at various levels.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple pipelines across Engineering and Research, from first touch to offer.
• Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies to attract top engineers and researchers.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences and drive improvements in interview processes.
