We expect people to surface inconvenient evidence, change their minds quickly, and carry important work all the way to a result.## The roleWe're looking for a Technical Recruiter who is endlessly curious about people and sees hiring as a deeply personal craft.Hiring is central to who Aaru becomes, and in this role you will own it directly. You are not a support function for our R&D teams. You bring real craft to how technical hiring gets done, and you are accountable for the quality and pace of the people who build Aaru's product.Aaru's hiring goals are ambitious. You'll help our interviewers see the whole person and evaluate candidates with the rigor we apply to any consequential decision.## What you will do* Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple pipelines across our Engineering organization, owning every stage from first touch to signed offer* Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies* Care as much about candidate experience as you do about closing.
