Motion Recruitment is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a full-time role based in Somerville, MA. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner with senior leadership, and help shape hiring strategy, culture, and the employee experience within a fast-growing venture-backed technology startup.

You will recruit top engineering and business talent and help build scalable processes to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth startup environments.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting while maintaining a high hiring bar.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter for a full-time opportunity based in Somerville, MA. This role is with a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup developing AI-powered industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance. You'll play a key role in scaling the organization by recruiting top engineering and business talent while helping build the people processes that support long-term growth.
