Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts by overseeing full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, manage pipelines, and continuously improve recruiting processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar
• 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, engineering, or other fast-paced environment (agency)
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, or other recruiting channels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to effectively screen candidates and assess qualifications against job requirements
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technology
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, strongly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Working knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws related to hiring
• Manufacturing, engineering, technical, or skilled trades recruiting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for assigned positions, from intake through offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to create a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
