Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a talented recruiter to own the entire recruiting process, from candidate attraction through onboarding, partnering with HR and hiring leaders to shape strategies and timelines.

You will creatively source diverse candidates, conduct thorough interviews, build robust talent pipelines, and drive positive candidate experiences while aligning with compensation and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or similar experience required in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 2 years' recruiting experience.
• Creative approach to sourcing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Strong candidate assessment and in-person/virtual interviewing skills required, including ability to evaluate organization fit and requirements.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and lead change with leaders and other key partners.
• Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruiting from candidate attraction through onboarding.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies and communicate throughout the process.
• Creatively source and attract diverse internal and external candidates via referrals, social media, networking, etc.
• Conduct phone screens, assessments, and interview feedback sessions.
• Build talent communities and candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to process improvements to deliver quality results.
• Manage offer process with HR and compensation, including offer and onboarding.
