Job summary

SafewayTax is recruiting a Corporate Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with close collaboration to understand staffing needs and priorities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing several openings simultaneously while maintaining an active pipeline and clear communication with candidates and managers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to source, screen, interview, hire and onboard candidates across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from needs assessment to onboarding.
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Create compelling job postings and proactively source qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, offers, and new-hire documentation.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and track recruiting KPIs.
