3Rivers is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding at multiple agency locations in Maine. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role you will develop proactive recruiting strategies, represent 3Rivers at job fairs and events, and maintain compliance with employment laws while shaping workforce planning, retention, and HR

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for all levels of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish candidate selection criteria.
• Create and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
• Conduct candidate sourcing through direct outreach, networking, and community partnerships.
• Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates; conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate interviews and candidate evaluations; assist in reference checks and pre-employment screening.
• Extend employment offers and communicate terms in collaboration with HR; maintain candidate communications.
