Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across the United States. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with hiring managers to build effective recruiting plans.

You will also coordinate onboarding, communicate benefits and policies, and continually improve sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; required.
• Must have experience partnering with hiring managers; required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supports full-cycle recruitment for various positions and locations in the U.S.
• Source applicants with the right experience, education, and skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting plans.
• Publicize openings and build a pool of qualified candidates.
• Identify opportunities by researching new talent sources and networks.
• Screen applicants, interview candidates, and make offers when needed.
• Support onboarding and communicate company policies and benefits.
• Evaluate applicants against job requirements; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate recruiting requirements with managers and teams.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates on company practices and expectations.
