Job summary

Keyfactor is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate in Atlanta, GA. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for entry- and mid-level roles, partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and coordinate offers with the People team.

You will also help with employer branding, talent pipelines, and process improvements to strengthen our hiring strategy. The role requires 1–3 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business/Communications/Psychology.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organization and communication in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering top candidate and manager experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry- and mid-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop strategies.
• Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates while delivering strong candidate experience.
• Prepare offers and coordinate approvals with hiring managers and People leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
• Maintain requisitions, candidate records, and recruiting activity in ATS; ensure data integrity.
• Support employer branding, pipelines, and continuous process improvements.
