Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including entry to senior level.
• Experience with recruiting in the Home Improvement Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage positions by partnering with managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source and screen resumes for potential candidates.
• Conduct the onboarding process for new hires.
