Heartland Bank and Trust Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define needed skills and candidate profiles, source through social platforms, and screen applicants efficiently.

You will also build relationships with colleges, manage an on-going talent pool, and present offers with salary and benefits details in a compliant, non-discriminatory environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year recruiting experience.
• ATS experience preferred.
• Sourcing experience on LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and source candidates through social platforms, networking events, and job boards.
• Work with hiring managers to determine required skills and experience for positions; conduct onboarding training.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities including Career Fairs and Internship Programs.
• Build and maintain a talent pool to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Present offers discussing salary, benefits, and culture.
